Mackerel is a species of fish found mostly in the Scombridae family. The oily meat is rich in omega 3 fatty acids making it highly recommended among oily fish. Mackerels are rich in essential oils, vitamins and minerals. It is rich in vitamins A, B6, B12, C, D, E and K. Various minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium, sodium and selenium are also rich in Mackerels.
Available as whole (head-removed, cleaned and descaled) : Rs. 200 per kg.
Minimum allowed order value is Rs. 400
- 1 Kg fish may have 1 or more whole fish depending on the size of the fish.
- The descaled, gilled and gutted fish weigh lesser than the whole fish form.
